The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
Build up and manage Accommodation teams of 100 workers or contractors, in charge of accommodation.
Build up and control BOM, consumable and tool for all accommodation activity in the vessel with good tracking follow up.
Be responsible for achieving HSE, Quality, planning, Milestone and budget demanding targets in a challenging environment of the vessel control.
Develop the workers and Team Leaders skills.
Cooperate with Engineering, Planning, Quality and other Production Departments to achieve the targets for a global benefit of the company.
Make sure the work is done in an efficient and timely manner with good minimum hourly and proper materials.
Ensure all personal performing the work according to the required quality standard.
Have thorough insight in processes related to accommodation outfitting.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor degree within naval, marine or general engineering.
Other Requirements:
People and work management skills.
High standard accommodation works (4 star hotels, resorts, etc.).
Carpenter works (Wood work, light panels work, furniture fabrication).
Floor installation (Vinyl, Tiling, carpets, etc.).
Insulation (Rockwool & cladding).
Ventilation work, air-conditioning system.
Fluent in spoken & written English.
Basic computer and AutoCAD knowledge.
