The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:

Manage all employee data and records and act as the Company expert in the Human Resources Information System.

Be responsible for application for Social Insurance Book and Health Insurance Cards for all staffs.

Process Social Insurance claims for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) and follow up payment for employees.

Arrange additional/ reducible healthcare insurance scheme for local employee from time to time.

Make labor contracts and follow up with labor contract renewal.

Punching & checking timesheet.

Support in registering for family deduction (PIT).

Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees and ensure compliance with the Company payroll schedule.

Make payment to sub-contractors.

Ensure timely and accurate pay slips are issued to employees.

Ensure timely and accurate administration services to the Human Resources team.

Other duties assigned by HR Advisor – C&B & HR Manager.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Auditing or related disciplines.

Other Requirements:

Minimum 2 years HR experience in foreign owned Company.

Experience in Payroll/ Health & Social Insurance/ Personal Income Tax.

Experience in HR database/ Software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

Computer literate, especially Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint.

Knowledge of Intranet and Internet.

High level of integrity and initiative.
