Job Description
Sales Manager CEA Huong Phong
Based in Vung Tau Office
Reporting to: Director
Primary Purpose and Scope of Work
The Sales Manager’s position is primarily to develop the business through growth of a new and the development of further business with existing customers. Also, to develop relationships within the market to further enhance the company reputation.
ACCOUNT ABILITIES
Development
· Actively market for new business opportunities
· Promote the CEA Huong Phong business in all areas
· Target key customers for growth within existing business
· Develop business by meeting with potential customers
· Produce quotations for new and existing customers
· Ensure month on month growth
· Work with customer service and operations department to make sure execution of contracts
Reporting
· Provide weekly reports on activity to Director
· Contribute to expansion of the customer database with central records
· Attend monthly management meetings and present KPI report on all areas
Financial
· Meet and exceed monthly sales target
PACKAGE
· Trial package up to VNĐ 15 mil - 20 mil per month, to be reviewed after 3 months
· Sales Bonus: 1% of revenue once target is reached

- Strong operational knowledge in logistics / warehousing / transport
- Some English speaking ( Elementary - Pre inter)
- Ability to maintain sound customer relations
- Team player
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Able to work potential new customers, providing sensible operations and commercial solutions
