Minh Việt is hiring 01 PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST:
- Working Location: District 1, HCM city
- Working Time: 8hours/day, Monday to Friday
- Contract Duration: Long-term Contract- Sign contract with our clients in Oil & Gas field
- Salary: Negotiate
- Requirements:
+ Minimum of five (5) years in procurement & contract area in Oil & Gas upstream sector.
+ In-depth knowledge of Procurement and Contract Management policies, procedures, and systems
+ Having intensive knowledge of commercial aspect, legal dispute, tendering procedure.
+ Preparation in co-operation with other user departments of Tender, Contracts. Participation in Contract Strategy formulation and planning for Tender issuance.
+ Participation in Tender Proposal Evaluation, preparation of techno-commercial Evaluation Report and award recommendation.
+ Participation in negotiations and finalization of post-award contracts before signing.
+ Contract administration, including supervision of Contractor’s performance and coordination with concerned Departments for preparation of Change Order/Variation Order, etc...
