Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and Execute Import/Export operations:


Coordinate with government agencies and customs authorities regarding import/export activities.

Coordinate with other divisions for the preparation of Customs Clearance documents.

Coordinate with logistics companies to plan and follow up on the delivery of goods.

Collaborate with internal Logistics/ Warehouse to arrange and plan goods delivery.

Work with Suppliers, Shipowners, Procurement, Project, and Production Department on import/export matters.

Provide support for project exports and liquidations.

Documentation & Record Management:

Control, verify, archive and manage all related documents.

Maintain relevant information in the ERP system and IMEX system.

Payment & Quotation Management:

Coordinate and follow up with accountants regarding logistics service payments.

Evaluate quotations from shipping agents and local transportation companies.

Other Tasks:

Perform other tasks related to import/export operations as assigned.


Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Transportation, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics role.

Experience in shipbuilding or industrial sectors.

Good knowledge and experience in customs procedures.

ERP system knowledge is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Ability to work independently, especially under high pressure.

Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in the full suite of MS Office applications.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
