PVD TRAINING HIRING - WELL SERVICES SUPERINTENDENT
Location: Vietnam (Onshore Base & Site Visits)
Experience: Minimum 18+ years in mono-bore well intervention, workover, and well services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise offshore well service operations in strict alignment with approved Well Work Orders (WWOs), HSE standards, and technical specifications.
- Manage deck space layout, SIMOPS planning, and logistics for Slickline, Electric-line (E-Line/Wireline), and Coiled Tubing Units (CTU) on wellhead platforms.
- Lead, technically validate, and endorse Management of Change (MOC) and Risk Assessment (RA) documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and mitigation strategies for complex intervention challenges and workover activities.
- Conduct daily morning calls, review Daily Operational Reports (DDR), track Safety Observation cards, and drive Incident-Free Operations (IFO).
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Slickline, E-line, Coiled Tubing, Hydraulic Workover, and Plug & Abandonment (P&A).
Required Certifications:
- IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention or IADC Supervisor Level (Well Control)
- Valid Offshore Survival (T-BOSIET / BOSIET / FOET / HUET)
- H2S Certification, PTW / Confined Space / Working at Height
- Conversant with API standards, well integrity management, and offshore safety guidelines.
- Fluent in English with proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
