An employee with a Nebosh IGC has a practical set of skills that brings real value to the modern working place and can secure your role everywhere.The IGC is an internationally recognized health and safety qualification. The course includes 2 written examinations and 1 practical exam.

COURSE CONTENT
The course are divided into two units plus a practical exam.

Unit IGC 1: Management of International Health & Safety

• Health and Safety Foundations
• Setting policy for health and safety
• Organizing for health and safety
• Promoting a positive health and safety culture
• Risk Assessment
• Principles of Control
• Monitoring, review and audit
• Occupational incident Investigation, recording and reporting

Unit IGC 2: Control of International Workplace Hazards

• Movement of people and vehicles – hazards and control
• Manual and Mechanical handling – hazards and control
• Working Equipment – hazards and control
• Electrical Hazards and control
• Fire Hazards
• Chemical and biological health hazards and control
• Physical and psychological health hazards and control
• Construction activities – hazards and control

Unit IGC 3: International Health & Safety Practical Application

• In this unit you are required to do a health & safety assessment of a worksite and write a proper report to management. This exam is carried out in your own workplace after the exam.

TRAINING DURATION: 11 days

• 09 – 20 Jan, 2017 : Training (Saturday & Sunday off)
• 21 Jan, 2016: Examination (Saturday)
• Deadline for registration must be before 14 Nov, 2016 for our process with Nebosh in UK

TRAINER

• NEBOSH qualified & high experienced trainer.

PREREQUISITES

• No official prerequisites but IELTS 6.0 English level or equivalent certificates are required.
