PVD TRAINING IS HIRING WELL SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Are you an experienced well services professional ready to lead safe, efficient well intervention and well services operations? We’re looking for a Well Services Supervisor to oversee onsite activities and help deliver operational objectives safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise well services activities, including Slickline, E-line, Coiled Tubing, well testing, stimulation, pumping, hydraulic workover and well intervention.
• Monitor daily operations, operational performance, equipment and personnel mobilization; prepare daily operational reports and track non-productive time (NPT).
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, PTW, well control standards, risk assessments and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Coordinate with the Well Services Field Manager, Completion Engineer, production teams and service providers.
• Support incident prevention, emergency response, lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Engineering-related Bachelor’s degree, college degree or diploma.
• At least 10 years of experience in mono-bore wells, with hands-on experience across the well services operations specified in the JD.
• Strong knowledge of well intervention, completion/workover operations, pressure control equipment, well integrity and barrier management.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, troubleshooting and decision-making skills; fluent English.
• Offshore survival certificate (BOSIET/T-BOSIET/HUET/FOET) and IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Level 4 or an equivalent IADC Supervisor-level certificate.
