Key Responsibilities:
Coordination & Communication:
Act as the main contact point for daily communication between the commissioning team, shipyard personnel, and client representatives.
Coordinate daily commissioning activities and ensure all involved parties are informed and aligned.
Organize and support meetings, inspections, and progress tracking activities.
Documentation & Progress Tracking:
Maintain and manage all commissioning-related documents such as checklists, punch lists, test records, and progress logs.
Monitor the status of commissioning activities and follow up on outstanding items.
Prepare final documentation packages and support the handover process to the client.
Administrative Support:
Assist with personnel scheduling, daily activity logging, and report preparation.
Provide administrative support to the production follow-up team as needed, including documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.
Ensure internal documentation flows are structured, up-to-date, and properly archived.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Experience in project coordination, site administration, or similar roles—preferably within shipbuilding, industrial, or construction environments.
Previous experience supporting engineering or commissioning teams is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with document control or project tracking tools is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Professional and dependable with good time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; Vietnamese language skills are essential for site coordination.
