Key Responsibilities:

System Design and Development:


Design and develop electrical schematics for offshore equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Create detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications utilizing EPLAN P8 software.

Adapt and configure software programs on the company’s equipment.

Ensure all designs comply with safety and environmental regulations.

Technical Evaluation & Operational Support:

Update engineering drawings and documents based on fabrication and testing changes.

Collect and implement as-built revisions based on feedback from production sites.

Perform as-built verifications to ensure equipment aligns with design specifications.

Technical Support & Collaboration:

Participate in design reviews and FAT/ SAT testing, while providing technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams in Norway and Poland to ensure alignment on design goals and project requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:


Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in electrical design, with a preference for candidates from offshore engineering or related technical industries.

Proven proficiency in using EPLAN P8 for engineering projects.

Direct experience working with offshore marine structures and multidisciplinary project environments.

Technical Knowledge:

Solid understanding of maritime industry standards, specifically DNV.

Strong command of PLC SW (LD and FBD languages) and modern automation systems.

Hands-on familiarity with Danfoss frequency converters (specifically NX and iC7 series).

Skills & Competencies:

Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
