Key Responsibilities:

Commissioning & Testing:


Oversee the commissioning of electrical and automation systems according to Seaonics technical specifications.

Conduct thorough testing of these systems and demonstrate their functionality to the yard, Class, and Owner representatives, ensuring compliance with all project specifications.

Prepare for and actively participate in Sea Trials, including conducting tests and preparing comprehensive reports as required.

Technical Support:

Assist the Engineering Department with any necessary modifications or updates to electrical and mechanical drawings, connection diagrams, cable lists, and other relevant documentation.

Technical supervision of yard installation progress.

Documentation & Handover:

Manage of technical documents throughout the commissioning period.

Handover of Seaonics system to the yard, including Report and training.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings from the Seaonics Engineering Department.

Record and close all issues in Seaonics’ internal Jira system.

Report any non-conformance cases to the Seaonics Synergy system in a timely manner.

Other Duties:

Execute and coordinate interfaces from different system.

Execute and coordinate interfaces between Seaonics and Yard.

Ensure effective information flow with all relevant parties.

Report commissioning progress to the Lead Commissioning Manager or Commissioning Coordinator.

Participate in Seaonics’ production follow-up activities as required.

Perform service assignments for delivered equipment in operation as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience:

Experience with marine lifting and handling equipment, production follow-up, or other relevant operational fields.

Completion of Seaonics internal training and approval process for ECMC equipment, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within a foreign company.

Skills & Competencies:

Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Attention to detail.

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
