- We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support engineering and offshore operations related to subsea construction work.
- Suitable candidates will be provided with advanced QA/QC training to support their involvement in strategic offshore pipeline installation projects.
- The Engineer will assist in the preparation of project documents, technical procedures, and provide support to offshore teams during project execution.

- High Onshore salary: 18 - 25 million VND.
- A project-based salary scheme will be applied for offshore and overseas projects: Day rate ranges from 3 to 6 million VND per day or higher depending on ability.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements.
QA/QC activities in strategic offshore pipeline installation projects.
Coordinate with project teams, offshore teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Support the development of installation procedures, developing pipe welding processes, lifting plans, and offshore work instructions.
Monitor engineering progress and assist in preparing project reports and documentation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Offshore Engineering, or related discipline.
Candidates with experience in offshore construction or those with strong background skills who would like to develop their capabilities in the oil and gas industry are welcome.
Basic understanding of offshore construction, subsea systems, and pipeline installation works.
Familiarity with international standards such as DNV, API, ISO, or IMCA is an advantage.
Experience with software: AutoCAD, Primavera P6, SolidWorks, Microsolf Office, Navisworks or similar is an advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary project teams.
Good command of English (written and spoken). Minimum Requirement: TOEIC 600. IELTS 6.0.
Willing to work offshore or on overseas assignments when necessary..
