Key Responsibilities:
Training Logistics & Coordination:
Arrange training rooms, equipment, materials and participant communication.
Coordinate mandatory training programs, including Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Orientation and Legal compliance, and Soft skills.
LMS & Training Records:
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, learner registration, progress tracking, and reporting.
Maintain accurate training records, both digital and hard-copy to ensure accuracy, completeness, and easy retrieval.
Training Content & Support:
Prepare training handouts, presentation slides, assessments, and evaluation forms.
Support the Training Advisor in developing basic training materials.
English Program Support:
Organize and directly facilitate internal English classes for employees.
Manage attendance, training materials, class scheduling, and trainer coordination.
Conduct placement tests, evaluate learning progress, and prepare performance reports.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare weekly and monthly training reports, including attendance, training hours, and course completion status.
Ensure full compliance with audit requirements, including SA8000, HSE, and customer audits.
Qualifications:
Education: College/University degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in training administration, LMS management, event coordination, or training logistics.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn and work with LMS tools.
Good English communication skills are required, as the role involves delivering English training classes.
