Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Manage and train a team of 12-20 workers in the installation of ventilation and insulation systems onboard, as well as pre-outfitting stages, ensuring safety, timely delivery, budget control, and compliance with quality standards.

Quality and Progress Monitoring:
Closely monitor work progress and actual man-hours and provide accurate and timely reports to line management.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree within HVAC (Thermoelectric cooling major), Marine or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:
In ventilation works (HVAC equipment), insulation.
Specially in installation HVAC spiral duct and thin duct.
In People management and work organization.
Knowledge of Marine Accommodation is highly advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Basic computer and AutoCAD knowledge.
Careful mindset focused on the highest quality standard.
Take ownership at work.
